Facing the Food Issue is a school manager’s guide to reviewing or creating a whole school policy on food and offers case studies, ideas and sources of further information on school lunches, tuck shops, packed lunches and providing drinks during the school day. Although the book took nearly a year to develop we were delighted when the scheduled publication date coincided with the debate on school catering stirred up by Jamie Oliver.
